بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا
أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ
وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ (18)
فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَاحِكًا مِّن قَوْلِهَا وَقَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ
أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ
صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَدْخِلْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ (19)
[ النمل 18- 19 ]
Translation (1) :
Holy Quran – chapter ( 27 ) – Surat : An-Naml ( The Ants ) – Verses : 18- 19 .
In the Name of Allah, the Almighty God , the All-beneficent, the
All-merciful.
Till, when they came to the valley of the ants, one of the ants
said: "O ants! Enter your dwellings, lest Sulaimân (Solomon) and his hosts
should crush you, while they perceive not." (18)
So he [Sulaimân (Solomon)] smiled, amused at her speech[1] and
said: "My Lord! Grant me the power and ability that I may be grateful for
Your Favours which You have bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may do
righteous good deeds that will please You, and admit me by Your Mercy among
Your righteous slaves." (19)

18: Till they reached the Valley of Naml (Ants) . Said the lady of
Naml: "O Naml, go into your dwellings lest Solayman (Solomon) and his
hordes should crush you unawares."
19: Solayman (Solomon) smiled, amused at her speech, and said:
"O Lord grant me that I should be grateful for the favours You have
bestowed on me and my parents, and do good things of Your pleasing; and admit
me among Your righteous devotees by Your grace."

[27.18] and
when they came to the Valley of the Ants, an ant said: 'Ants, go into your
dwellings lest Solomon and his army should, unknowingly, crush you. '
[27.19] He smiled, and laughed at its words, and said: 'My
Lord, inspire me that I should be thankful for Your blessing with which You
have blessed me and my parents, and that I may do good works that will please
You. Admit me, by Your Mercy, among Your righteous worshipers. '

At length, when they came to a (lowly) valley of ants, one of the
ants said: "O ye ants, get into your habitations, lest Solomon and his
hosts crush you (under foot) without knowing it."
27-19
So he smiled, amused at her speech; and he said: "O my Lord!
so order me that I may be grateful for Thy favours, which thou hast bestowed on
me and on my parents, and that I may work the righteousness that will please
Thee: And admit me, by Thy Grace, to the ranks of Thy righteous Servants."
27-20
تفسير الايات الكريمة [ تفسير الوسيط في تفسير القران الكريم / طنطاوي

ثم حكى - سبحانه - ما قالته نملة عندما رأت هذا الجيش العظيم المنظم،
فقال - تعالى - { حَتَّىٰ إِذَآ أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ ٱلنَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ
يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّمْلُ ٱدْخُلُواْ مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لاَ يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ
وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ }. و { حَتَّىٰ } هنا ابتدائية. أى يبتدأ بها
الكلام، وقوله { قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ } جواب إذا. وقوله { لاَ يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ } من
الحطم، وأصله كسر الشىء.. يقال حطم فلان الشىء إذا كسره، والمراد به هنا الإِهلاك
والقتل. والمعنى وحشر لسليمان جنوده، فسار هؤلاء الجنود فى قوة ونظام، { حَتَّىٰ
إِذَآ أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ ٱلنَّمْلِ } أى على مكان يعيش فيه النمل فى مملكة
سليمان { قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ } على سبيل النصح والتحذير بعد أن رأت سليمان وجنوده {
يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّمْلُ ٱدْخُلُواْ مَسَاكِنَكُمْ } أى ادخلوا أماكن سكناكم،
وابتعدوا عن طريق هذا الجيش الكبير، وانجوا بأنفسكم، كى لا يحطمنكم سليمان وجنوده
وهم لا يشعرون بكم. قال صاحب الكشاف فإن قلت لم عدى { أَتَوْا } بعلى؟ قلت يتوجه
على معنين أحدهما أن إتيانهم كان من فوق، فأتى بحرف الاستعلاء... والثانى أن يراد
قطع الوادى وبلوغ آخره، من قولهم أتى على الشىء إذا أنفذه وبلغ آخره... فإن قلت {
لاَ يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ } ما هو؟ قلت يحتمل أن يكون جواباً للأمر، وأن يكون نهيا
بدلاً من الأمر. والذى جوز أن يكون بدلاً منه أنه فى معنى لا تكونوا حيث أنتم
فيحطمكم، على طريقة لاأرينك ههنا ". أى لا تحضر ها هنا بحيث أراك. ثم بين -
سبحانه - ما فعله سليمان بعد أن أدرك ما قالته النملة لأفراد جنسها، فقال - تعالى
- { فَتَبَسَّمَ ضَاحِكاً مِّن قَوْلِهَا } أى فسمع قولها السابق فاهتزت نفسه،
وتبسم ضاحكاً من قولها، لفظنتها إلى تحذير أبناء جنسها، ولسروره بما قالته عنه وعن
جيشه، حيث وصفتهم بأنهم لا يقدمون على إهلاك النمل، إلا بسبب عدم شعورهم بهم.
وقوله { ضَاحِكاً } حال مؤكدة لأنه قد فهم الضحك من التبسم. وقيل هو حال مقدرة لأن
التبسم أول الضحك.
ثم حكى - سبحانه - ما نطق به سليمان بعد ذلك فقال { وَقَالَ رَبِّ
أَوْزِعْنِيۤ أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ ٱلَّتِيۤ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ
وَالِدَيَّ... }. أى وقال سليمان يا رب ألهمنى المداومة على شكرك والامتناع عن
جحود نعمك، والكف عن كل ما يؤدى إلى كفران مننك التى أفضتها على وعلى والدى.
ووفقنى كذلك لأن { أَعْمَلَ } عملاً { صَالِحاً تَرْضَاهُ } عنى وتقبله منى {
وَأَدْخِلْنِي } يا إلهى { بِرَحْمَتِكَ } وإحسانك { فِي عِبَادِكَ ٱلصَّالِحِينَ
} الذين رضيت عنهم ورضوا عنك. وهكذا جمع سليمان - عليه السلام - فى هذا الدعاء
البليغ المؤثر، أسمى ألوان الخشية من الله - تعالى - والشكر له - سبحانه - على
نعمه، والرجاء فى رضاه وعطائه الجزيل.
