This file (Quran in Japanese ) is very large in size ( 662 mg ) and therefore it doesn't open on mobile at all , also the link doesn't open even on desktop and  you will get a message that says :

[[  the file in very large and that you have to use other applications to open this PDF file  ]]

Do not use other applications , just download the file on your  computer  and then open on computer , and i advice you to download the file  using the computer ( not on mobile ) , 

Since the file is too large , it may take about 15 minutes  or more  to be downloaded  , so be patient and don't worry and continue downloading , and then use any adobe reader to open it , and it will open easily and very well .
